Program Manager

Role Summary:

This is an opportunity in the exciting and fast-growing transportation technology industry, with a software company that has been growing sales at 100%+ annually over the past several years.  RideCo is directly improving people’s lives by solving urban mobility challenges that we can all relate to.  We are transitioning from a 60-person start-up to a venture capital funded scale-up company looking to double its size over the next year and further accelerate its growth trajectory. 

As Program Manager, you will drive cross-team processes that enhance collaboration, knowledge sharing, and customer life-cycle management.  This person will work closely with various departments and report to the Sr. Program Manager.  The ideal candidate has significant experience managing projects related to sales or customer success.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Work with cross-functional departments to develop and execute initiatives that involve collaboration of team members across multiple departments. 
  • Coordinate contract negotiations with new clients, together with business stakeholders and outside legal counsel as necessary.  Facilitate the transition from contract signing to project kick-off with the customer success and service delivery team.
  • Coordinate internal customer account plan reviews with stakeholders from customer success, sales, and product management.  Create customer account development project plans with milestones, deliverables, and ownership.  Follow up on action items and keep the relevant stakeholders apprised of progress.
  • Administer existing contracts, together with the client success and operations team and ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Utilize modern project planning tools (e.g.MS Project) to provide visibility and tracking for executives, and establish timelines and accountability for team members.
  • Continuously improve/re-engineer business process workflows.
  • Facilitate meetings to review business workflows and record outcomes and decisions.
  • Occasional work outside of the core hours as needed and/or required.


Preferred qualifications and experience:

  • 3+ years of project management experience or in business process analysis/administration
  • 1+ years of first-hand experience with customer relationship management in a sales or customer success capacity
  • 1+ years experience with procurement processes or contract management/administration
  • Track record of developing collaborative relationships and promoting cross-team collaboration with sales and customer success

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $85K - $105K  + performance-based bonus or stock options

RideCo powers on-demand transit. Public transit agencies use RideCo's cloud-based software platform to provide on-demand shared rides in dynamically routed buses and vans. Our clients include some of the world’s largest transportation operators such as Los Angeles Metro, San Antonio Metro, Houston Metro, RTC Las Vegas, and Calgary Transit.
